Is it a period app?
You get insights about hormones and phases beyond training. At its core, JOMOA is a training system that adapts to how you feel – with optional cycle support if you want to understand more.
Does it work for men?
Yes. Without the cycle module you get the same clear plan and adjustments based on sleep, stress and performance – for everyone.
Can companies see individual data?
No. The company only gets aggregated metrics (e.g. usage). No individual health data.
Do I get tips when sleep, travel or illness affects me?
Yes. With the daily check-in (sleep, stress, energy) the app has what it needs to recommend. When sleep is poor, after travel or illness we recommend logging it in the check-in and following the app’s suggestion – push, hold or adjust – so you can adapt instead of feeling you’ve failed.
